ORDERING AND DELIVERY FAQS
1) How much is P&P?
P&P on all orders over £50 is free to mainland UK addresses. P&P on any orders below this price is just £2.50 to a UK address.
If you live in Ireland or Europe please enquire as there may be a postage surcharge and we can give you a quote depending on the size of the order.
2) When should my order arrive?
All orders will be distributed directly from our publishers or manufacturers via Courier or Royal Mail. We aim to deliver most goods within 3 - 5 working days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
If once we receive an order we cannot dispatch it immediately, we will let your know by email.
Please be aware that as we sell goods from more than one supplier, if you have ordered a number of different products they may be delivered separately!
3) I haven't received my order - what should I do?
If you haven't received your order within 5 working days of placing an order, and you haven't had an email from us to tell you why, please contact us on email@example.com as it may be that courier or post office is holding the item for you, and we can request redelivery.
Please note that if you leave it too long to contact us and your item has been returned to sender (usually after holding the goods for more than 10 days) then you may be charged for postage to send the item out to you again.
4) Can I return a product if it is unsuitable?
Yes, we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you have the option of returning it in an unused condition within 14 days for a refund.
In order to return an item, please email us and we will send you instructions. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS WITHOUT AN AUTHORISATION REFERENCE as often our suppliers will not accept unauthorised returns. If the reason you are returning the goods is because we have made an error or the goods are faulty we will refund the cost of return postage and packaging.
6) How can I pay for my order?
The quickest and most secure way is to pay online using your credit or debit card. For more information credit card security, please read our Terms of Service.
Alternatively, if you wish to pay for an item by cheque, please make the cheque payable to 'Health Books UK Ltd' and sent to: Accounts, Health Books UK Ltd, Farthings, Copes Lane, Hook, Hants RG27 ORQ. All goods will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared.
8) I want a book or product that isn't on the website. What can I do?
Please email us! We can usually source what you want, and probably at a discount too.
